How to offer the gift card in 2 steps:
1. Select the desired amount for your gift card.
2. Choose the delivery address: send it directly to the recipient or receive it at home by entering the postal address of your choice at checkout (Delivery section). 

Terms of use:
• Valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 
• Can be used once or several times, exclusively on patyka.com and at Institut 58 (excluding spa treatments). 
• Only one gift card can be used per order. 
• When using the card on patyka.com: enter the code printed on the card in the “Gift Card” field at checkout. 
• When using the card at Institut 58: simply present your printed card when paying at the counter.
