We have a very short lead time to modify the content of an order.

If you've just placed an order and would like to change it, it may not be too late, as the order information has not yet been sent.
So please, don't delay in contacting us!

If your order information has already been sent, you can return the product(s) to us upon receipt. You will then be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).

If your order is incomplete or if you have not received the correct product(s), please accept our apologies and contact our Customer Service Department.

Sometimes Colissimo updates the status of a parcel before it is delivered.

If your parcel appears as delivered but you have not received it, we invite you to start by asking your neighbours, your building manager or your post office.

If you have no success and your parcel is still missing, we invite you to contact our Customer Service department, who will tell you what to do depending on your situation.

Despite all the care we take in formulating our products, allergic reactions are still possible.

If this happens to you, please contact our Customer Service Department, indicating the name of the product and the batch number, which you will find on the underside of the packaging or product.

We will send you a cosmetovigilance form so that we can report the case to our Laboratory.

If you purchased the product from an authorized distributor or pharmacy, only they will be able to exchange the product or reimburse you.

If you purchased the product from our website, we will be able to exchange it or reimburse you.

You can collect loyalty points with every purchase, whether online or instore.

First of all, you need to create an account on our PATYKA Privilèges loyalty programme website https://privileges.patyka.com.

If you have placed an order with a stockist, you will need to upload your proof of purchase to collect your loyalty points, by following this link:

If you have placed an order on patyka.com and if you use the same email address for your PATYKA customer account and your PATYKA Privilèges loyalty account, your orders placed on patyka.com will be automatically converted into points, and no action is required on your part.
