Delivery costs:
– Metropolitan France: Colissimo without signature: €4.95 (free for orders over €40) - Colissimo collection point: €3.95 (free for orders over €40) - Colissimo with signature: €7.95
– Europe*: €8 (free for orders over €100)
*Excluding Italy and Spain: €4.95 and free for purchases over €25
– United Kingdom: €9 (free for orders over €150)
– French Overseas Territories: €15 (free for orders over €150)
– Rest of the world: €18 (free for orders over €150)

Outside the Schengen area, any order is liable to be taxed. Patyka is not responsible for these fees and has no control over their amount.

Delivery times

Packages are dispatched within 48 working hours after the order is confirmed. In metropolitan France, Colissimo commits to a delivery within 48 hours. Outside the Schengen area, parcels are subject to customs checks that can slow down delivery, and over which PATYKA has no control.

Outside Europe, the average delivery time is 3 weeks to 1 month.

For delivery outside France, the status will not be updated during transit. We invite you to check its progress regularly using the tracking number that will be sent to you by email once it has been shipped, and that you can also find by consulting your order history.
