For International Women's day Patyka is committed to the Fondation des Femmes

For International Women's Rights Day on March 8, Patyka joins forces with the des Femmes to support gender equality.

From March 8 to April 8, 8% of sales made on patyka.com are donated to the Fondation des Femmes.

Patyka's project: #8du8au8

As an answer to the thousands of #MeToo tweeted around the world, we decided to commit ourselves to women's rights .

And because we believe that commitment is an act, not a word, we launched the project #8du8au8: from March 8 to April 8, 8% of sales made on patyka.com are donated to the des Femmes.

The goal? Giving means to this foundation in order to act concretely to reduce violence against women, and defend gender equality. By placing an order on patyka.com during the period from March 8 to April 8, you also contribute to the defense of women's rights!

What is the des Femmes?

Under the aegis of the Agir Contre l’Exclusion (FACE), the des Femmes is the first national fund collection structure dedicated to gender equality and to the fight against women's violence.

This year, the des Femmes launched the #MaintenantOnAgit donations campaign, supported by many personalities and aimed to promote access to justice for women victims of violence by giving associations the means to support them.

Some of the projects supported by the des Femmes

"Les Voisines"

Les Voisines is a project created in June 2016 with the aim to offer high potential associations the means to act for women-men equality and to fight against violence made to women. From this project is born an incubator, allowing associations to embody their project at best but also to create a real solidarity network between these associations.

The legal guide "Childbirth, my rights, my choices"

Each year, no less than 800,000 women give birth in France. These women may have fears and legitimate questions about the circumstances of delivery, interactions with health professionals, their privacy and consent respect. In order to answer all these questions, the Legal Advocates of the des Femmes wrote a practical guide to better inform patients about their rights and about the duties of health professionals towards them.
